Position Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting our brand's voice across all social media platforms while engaging with our audience and ensuring increased growth in followers and reach. Your creativity and strategic mindset will be crucial in executing campaigns that resonate with our values, foster community connections, and enhance customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Engage actively with our community, responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive brand dialogue.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve and inform content strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate social media campaign success and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and customer service to ensure alignment on all messaging and campaigns.
- Identify potential partnerships and collaborations that promote the brand and enhance community outreach.
- Stay current with social media best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
